Common questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan when you start the trial. We charge the card on day 15 unless you cancel before then. Cancel any time from the billing page — no friction, no phone calls.
Can I tag games during the trial?
Yes — the trial unlocks the full product. Paste a YouTube link, tag, see your box score. The 14 days are real, not a feature-gated demo.
Why annual billing?
A season is annual; coaching is annual; recruiting cycles are annual. We priced for the season, not the SaaS handbook. If you cancel mid-year, your data stays put — your account just downgrades.
What does "verified" mean on a player profile?
A coach who runs an event marks players they actually saw play. The badge is event-tied, dated, and visible to scouts. It is the opposite of a self-reported highlight reel.
